You can use the portal dashboard to navigate to additional material where you can explore the Centaur processes in further detail (e.g., How-to set up a labeling task, How-to add gold standards, etc...).

Your project manager can also troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions upon communication from users.

How to contact support on the Portal

To access the Customer Help form from within the Centaur Portal, select Support from bottom of the left hand side bar, and select fill out this form. You can use the form to report an issue, share product feedback, or pose general questions. This form will be sent to your project manager, who will ensure your request is addressed.

Issue reporting format

When submitting an issue report to your project manager, please include the following:

  • What happened? Please include the name of the task where the issue occurred (if relevant)
  • Upload screen recording and/or screenshot (if relevant)
