WKT Format

Well-known text (WKT) is a text markup language for representing vector geometry objects. Centaur Labs accepts WKT format to define segmentation labels, and exports results in WKT format.

WKT Origin

Our WKT coordinate system is based on the origin (0,0) in the top-left corner of the x/y plane. Coordinates should be between (0,0) and (100,100), and scaled relative to the image dimensions. See below.

Importing gold standard segmentations with CSV

The gold-standard bulk uploader tool accepts WKT segmentations in JSON or CSV format, to set answers for many cases at once. Below are formatting examples for each segmentation type.
