Label collection

Reads and other pertinent information are collected from either the Centaur network via the DiagnosUs app or through the Centaur Web Labeler.

First, labelers are required to read the instructions for the task if: (1) it is their first time trying the task, or (2) the instructions have been updated since they last entered the task.

Next, labelers are presented with the cases. In each case, they can:

• Submit a read
• Flag a case
• Leave a comment

The reads are then aggregated and can be reviewed on the Centaur Portal.
